Mikey's Way 7

Mikey woke the next morning with extra weight on his chest. He didn't remember what had happened the night before until he saw a head of messy black hair stirring lightly and an arm draped over his body. He tried to sit up without waking Raven, but he failed when he hit his elbow on the headboard of his bead loudly. Raven jumped and sat up, suddenly alert. A couple seconds later, the exhaustion in her face was visible again. She rubbed her eyes and looked at Mikey sleepily.

"What day is it?" She asked while yawning. Mikey giggled.

"Tuesday. Sorry for waking you," he said appologetically. Raven nodded in acceptance and fell onto his chest again. Memories from the previous night flooded Mikey's head. Frank, their kiss, Raven being disowned. His train of thought was inturrupted by Raven sitting up abruptly and looking at the digital clock on Mikey's bedside table.
"Oh shit. We have to go to school," she said sounding worried.

"Nah, we're taking the day off. You, me, Frank, and Gerard. Frank needs to get your stuff, and I just really don't want to go today," Mikey replied reassuringly. Raven nodded and layed back down.  Mikey stoked her hair and looked at the clock. 8:30 in the morning. School would start in half an hour.

Mikey and Raven passed the half hour by laying in bed and talking about random stuff like childhood and family and stuff. Mikey was suprised that Raven was so open about everything. Frank had said she was so quiet and shy and already she was lying on his chest, in his bed, talking about her life. At 9:00, the doorbell rang. Raven drooped off Mikey and he ran downstairs to get the door, still shirtless and in his pajamas. He opened the door and was greeted by a bear hug from Frank.

"Mikey, I'm sorry about everything yesterday," he mumbled into his chest. Mikey hugged him back and whispered a quiet "it's fine". Gerard ambled up the stairs leading from his bedroom, rubbing the back of his neck. His jet black hair was a mess and he had some eye liner smudged around his eyes. He was also shirtless, his pale chest contrasting the dark hair that fell at his shoudlers.

"Who the fuck comes to this house at 9 in the fucking morning?" he asked himself. His eyes sort of lit up when he saw Frank and ran over to give him a quick hug.

"Put a fucking shirt on, Gerard, before you blind us all with your whiteness," Mikey said with a laugh.

"I think YOU'VE already blinded Frank," Gerard said jokingly while gesturing at Frank, who was staring at Mikey's chest. Frank instantly snapped out of his trance as soon as he heard his name. He looked between the Way brothers, who immediately burst out laughing as Frank blushed and tried to hide his embarassed smile by staring at the floor. Raven flew down the stairs and tackle-hugged Frank. They fell to the floor in a fit of laughter. Frank eventually got up, holding his stomach from laughing. Raven then targeted Gerard. She jumped onto his back and covered his eyes. Gerard squealed and laughed.

"GUESS WHO!" Raven said in a deep imitation of a man's voice.

"Oh, I really don't know!" said Gerard sarcastically. Raven removed her hands but remained clinging onto Gerard's back. He ran into the living room and flipped her onto her back onto the couch. He jumped on top of her and straddled her, tickling her sides. She squirmed and squealed and laughed.

"S-STOP IT!! GEE!"

"Gee?" Gerard stopped tickling her and looked down at her, smiling like a mad man.

"Yea.."she said, blushing.

"Is that my nickname now?" she nodded. "Cool. I like it," he said still smiling like a mad man. He resumed tickling her sides. Raven arched her back, and, with a great amount of effort, pushed Gerard down onto the couch where she straddled him. He looked up at her, shocked. She pinned his arms down and let a big glob of spit drag out of her mouth, directed at his face.

"WHAT? NO! EWW!" Gerard said while trying to free himself or at least get his face out of the way. Raven sucked the spit back up and laughed. "That's nasty!" Gerard giggled. Mikey and Frank just stared at the two like they were aliens.
